In addition to our studio space and our concierge service, we offer a make-up and wardrobe room as well as a green room, a comfortable area to relax between scenes. We also offer producer office space and meeting areas. Everything you need to help fulfill your vision.

South Coast is not liable for any injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily, or mental injury, economic loss or any damage to you, your guests, or anyone in your cast or crew, for any reason. Animals are permitted with prior approval. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult parent or guardian. Confetti, glitter, explosives, fire, water, fake blood, and other practical effects must be approved prior to production date (special cleaning rates may apply). Damage to the cyc wall or any part of the facility will result in a minimum $250 damage assessment.
